 Description   

User report the files in lustre can not be readed sometimes. The speed of reading the files in lustre is very low.
The system admin check the linux system,It works well.and the OSS server in lustre show some error.
We try to restart the oss server. After restarting the luster looks well, but the same issue is coming again on second day.
We check the web report in lustre, found some warring about the hard disk is not health.

Can you give me some more details please:
Are you using Enterprise Edition for Lustre software?
What is the name of your company?
Is your company a Registered Reseller with Intel for Enterprise Edition software?
Is this system installed at an end customer site, and if so, who is the end customer?
Does your company have a support contract for this end customer, for Enterprise Edition for Lustre software?
