The sub-test test_105b failed with the following error:

the root cause of this issue is as follows:

in sanity:test_104a it deactivated and then activated the osc import, but it failed at activation phase because there was still one RPC in flight(I don't know why because deactivation should wait all in-flight rpcs to finish). However, the test case doesn't check this case and just move forward - this is wrong.

Fixing this issue is easy - just wait for the import to be in FULL state by wait_osc_import_state. lfs df is not enough it doesn't return an error code even lctl activate runs into failure.

Unfortunately waiting with wait_osc_import_state is not as easy since we don't know the ost name to wait on due to the way we choose the ost
