 Description

Error happened during soak test of build '20160201' (see: https://wiki.hpdd.intel.com/display/Releases/Soak+Testing+on+Lola#SoakTestingonLola-20160201). DNE is enabled.
MDTs had been formatted using ldiskfs, OSTs using zfs.

Disabling OSTs on each MDS node works actually as expected, but
command lctl dl doesn't show the correct change for the state whereas the information in /proc/fs/lustre/osp/soaked-OST000*-osc-MDT000*/active is updated correctly.
This means lctl dl shows alway state UP in command output.

The details have been logged for a command session in attached file 'lctl-OST-deactivate-procedure.log'.
