Hi Team, Myself Ajit Tate. I am working as system administrator from past 2 years in an animation studio. I would like to know steps involved in configuring lustre file system on centos 7. We already have lustre file system which is running on centos 6.5 (server and client) And we are now upgrading client machines i.e. from centos 6.5 to centos 7 So kindly request you to guide us to configure lustre on centos 7. Thanks in advance. |

You can download RHEL7 packages for the 2.7.0 release at https://downloads.hpdd.intel.com/public/lustre/latest-feature-release/el7/client/RPMS/x86_64/ but you don't provide any information about your server version. Hopefully you are not still running a Lustre 1.8 release, since it is not compatible with RHEL 7 and can not work with the Lustre 2.7 client. Do you have support for your Lustre system? Then you may have more options on what options are available to you. |

I suggest you become familiar with the Lustre Operations Manual: https://build.hpdd.intel.com/job/lustre-manual/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/lustre_manual.xhtml |
