The sub-test test_130a failed with the following error:

Also, according to a comment on LU-7710, this new ticket has been created to track this failure which appears to be occurring due to the interop test script not ensuring that the fix is present on both versions.

This problem is consistently showing up in my testing significantly slowing down progress on a series of LNet patches which must land ASAP. I am forced to make this a blocker.

So since LU-7173 will be part of 2.7.2, we just need to patch all the tests added by LU-7173 to see if the server is less than 2.7.2 version and skip them in taht case.
