osd-zfs should not set blocksize on MDT. currently it does as the check is broken.

This seems like it could be a major cause of performance loss on the MDT? It would be worthwhile to get a patch and test this sooner rather than later.

in my testing it doesn't improve performance a lot, but except for large dnodes and dnode accounting I haven't found any silver bulltet. it's rather a lot of small improvements closing the gap with ldiskfs.
