 Description   

we need new stats showing how long we spend in different OSD methods. given the API is exported by few modules this would let us to learn overhead of different layers.

Alex, will the patch in LU-13597 be enough to close this ticket?

well, this is a bit different stats (literally OSD methods, but I used LU-13139 to track the patch. so can be closed.
