Its time to remove older distros that are currently in the lustre source tree. Most of those hooks for older distros don't even build any more. Large clean ups will involved reduces the rhel6 ldiskfs series into one version instead of various older rhe6 versions that we currently have. Also we can final drop SLES11 SP1 support at this point. With this clean up we should look reduces the range of kernels supported for the patchless client. |

Oh I see my patch failed due to the inability to test RHEL6.6 and RHEL6. So for this work to move forward the Jenkins build support for those platforms would have to be removed first. |

When I opened this ticket I expect RHEL6 server support to be totally deprecated. While its not officially support server side I don't except people to stop using RHEL6 server any time soon or that RHEL6 server support to be removed. Since this is the case I will close ticket. We can open a new ticket several years form now when RHEL6 will disappear from the planet. |
