Description

It looks like there are a number of rpm dependencies that need to be improved in lustre's packages.

Some of these things are problems on master, but I am going to base this work off of the patch from ~~LU-5614~~.

Actually, the problems might be more specific to ~~LU-5614~~ than I first thought, so I'll close this and work in that ticket.
