 Description

Independent Lustre utilities cannot build without access to lustre headers.
Currently, these headers are not installed, meaning that such utilities
must reach into the lustre build tree. This is suboptimal because that
means these utilities break if the lustre build tree gets rearranged.
The proper approach is to have a separate package that contains the various
lustre development products (headers, object archives, library man pages
and the like).

Attached is a patch against a Xyratex repository that will accomplish
the objective.

This doesn't seem practical to maintain, especially given that anyone can rebuild Lustre.
