 Description   

lu_env cache was made to store data and minimize alloc/free calls. But it was removed, so the memory pressure much increased for vmalloc subsystem. Processing of any rpc starts from lu_env_init instead of searching.

the major reason for lu_env is to save stack as it's very limited in the kernel.
