It would appear that group locks are broken between 2.9 and 2.10 for some reason. This may also relate to the LU-9529 failure with lfs migrate.

Jinshan/Bobijam, is this group lock problem fixed by patch https://review.whamcloud.com/28845/ "LU-9941 lov: lsm_is_composite isn't right" ?
