Description

recover-small test 52 bugzilla 5493 is resolved and test 60 LU-2034 dev is asking to close.
so remove them from always_except.

When these tests are removed from the ALWAYS_EXCEPT list and run with the rest of the test suite, tests 101 and 102 crash all the time in some test environments, gatekeeper's for one, with this assertion:
osd_destroy()) ASSERTION( !lu_object_is_dying(dt->do_lu.lo_header) ) failed

recovery-small test 60 was removed from the ALWAYS_EXCEPT list in the patch for LU-9624 with commit a37134d398801c10922c32eb03c52b2d46bb6c18; https://review.whamcloud.com/#/c/27535/.

I'll modify the patch for this ticket to remove test 52 and see if we trigger LU-9808.
