the "stripe_count" and "stripe_size" gotten from the directory(/mnt/lustre/d0.ost-pools/d24/dir4/) is null,
and the corresponding value from the files is correct(stripe_count=1, stripe_size=1048576), then it is suspected
that this issue is related to the test framework, will create a debug patch to get more info about it.

Was the test running against 1.8.6-wc1 or 1.8.7-wc1? If it is a duplicate of LU541 then it should not have appeared with the latter, right?

The client version mentioned in my comment 26/Jan/12 4:20 PM was 1.8.7-wc1-RHEL5 while on 30/Jan/12 5:20 PM the client version was 1.8.6-wc1-RHEL6(with the patch)

For the latest interop test between 1.8.7-wc1-RHEL6 and 2.1.55, since subtest 18 was failed and the following tests were not run: https://maloo.whamcloud.com/test_sets/fca92dd6-4b0e-11e1-915b-5254004bbbd3
