The PDF version of the Lustre manual now has a very nice navigation system available in the left panel. However, two clicks are required to make it visible. It would be very useful to have this navigation system appear by default when the PDF is opened. |

It looks to me from a quick search that the switch to provide this behavoir is described here: http://wiki.apache.org/xmlgraphics-fop/ExtensionsForPdf And there is a proto-type implementation here: https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=45390 However, this doesn't look like it has landed in the version of Docbook that we are using... I will follow up on the Docbook mailing list. |
