This needs to include a description of striped directories, documentation of lfs mkdir -c and lfs mkdir -i options in the command section and in the lustre/doc/lfs.1 man page (or a separate lustre/doc/lfs-mkdir.1 man page).

lfs-setdirstripe.1 lfs-getdirstripe.1 has been added to lustre/doc long time ago.
