 Description

The version tags in the Lustre manual obstruct the text of the material which they are tagging. This is particularly ugly in the LFSCK section (28.4).

This happens because the versionlabel class has the following properties:

  position: relative;
  top: -10px;
  left: 10px;

Since the version label is moved right 10 pixels, it covers up the beginning of the text. This should be cleaned up.

This issue pertains to the html version of the documentation.

In the PDF of the Lustre manual, the Lustre version tags are poorly formatted, but they do not obstruct text as far as I can tell.

Here is a potential patch:

The lustre_manual.html that I built with this patch no longer has the version labels overlapping the text. If somebody has a better way to achieve this, please feel free to correct me since I don't have any experience with CSS and XSL.
