In section 15.2.2 module removal does not use lustre_rmmod
This:
Note
To remove all Lustre modules, run:
$ lctl modules | awk '

{print $2}

' | xargs rmmod

Should be:
Note
To remove all Lustre modules, run:
$ lustre_rmmod
