 Description   

Document the Changelog Audit feature being implemented in LU-9727, including details of how what this can be used for, examples on how to configure/enable/disable this feature, as well as example output.

Sebastien, can you please add a section in the Lustre user manual for the audit feature, to go with the patches in LU-9727.
