[LUDOC-505] set_param must not be used to set root squash parameters

Description

Only lctl conf_param must be used to set root squash parameters. Remove portions of the doc that mention the use of set_param for that purpose.

A better approach is to fix lctl set_param -P for root squash parameters. So the documentation should be updated to only mention this way of setting root squash parameters.
