[LUDOC-511] Add documentation for special/reserved pool name "ignore", "none and "inherit"

Description

LU-15707 adds reserved pool name "inherit" and "ignore" to respectively create a file without a pool or to force a file to inherit from the parent pool (instead of the last component for PFL files).

There is no documentation about reserved pool name, so let's add one.

Hi Andreas,

I can add a special new section for that.
Will the patch https://review.whamcloud.com/49477 land in 2.15.4 ?
If not, I will tag the section for 2.16.

And should we document the old special "none" pool keyword for 2.12/2.15 ?

I would say to mark the section for 2.16. Even if it lands for 2.15.4 it is not in 2.15.3, and the manual does not track maintenance releases.
