Description

The lfs_migrate section needs to be updated to add the "-c <stripe_count>" option.
The downgrade process with wide striping feature also needs to be updated to add the description of using "lfs find -stripe_count" and "lfs_migrate -c" to find and migrate wide-striping files before downgrade.
