[LU-105] Add -D logdir option to Auster so that the whole logdir can be passed - enables parent process to share log directory with Auster

When capturing console logs etc. The whole system must know where the logs will be stored. At present this decision is made locally to auster. By adding a -D option which is the whole log directory path - not just the toplevel - multiple processes can use the same log directory.
