I will put this on hold then.</p> <p>So close out this ticket for now?</p> <p>Yes, if <a href="https://review.whamcloud.com/#/c/31534/" class="external-link" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">this patch</a> does not land and lctl list_nids actually stays deprecated I can always reopen the ticket.</p> <p>Why not use this ticket to land the patch. Even though the lctl list_nids hasn't been deprecated yet, it'll eventually be. So if we remove the usage of list_nids from the tests suites, when we do deprecate them, there will be less work to do.</p> <p>lctl list_nids will never go away.
