To be specific, it includes hiding DCACHE_LUSTRE_INVALID flag and some other minor cleanups. The change will be based on top of dcache scalability work (<a href="http://review.whamcloud.com/#change,1865" class="external-link" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">http://review.whamcloud.com/#change,1865</a>) that also touches the same part of code.
