sanity-quota test 10 started failing in interop testing on July 04, 2018 for the following combinations:
master, 2.11.52.82 and later, servers with
2.10.4 RC2 and later clients
2.11.0 clients

Looking at the client test_log for https://testing.whamcloud.com/test_sets/8b3d250a-cf0d-11e8-ad90-52540065bddc , we see

Based on the starting date of this failure, I think the cause of this issue is that the patch for ~~LU-7816~~, https://review.whamcloud.com/32306 , has not landed to the b2_10 and b2_11 branches.
