Fix those tests to use "<tt>&#45;&#45;mdt&#45;index</tt>"</p> <p>Also, <tt>lfs</tt> has a few places were the usage of "<tt>&#45;&#45;mdt&#45;index</tt>" and "<tt>&#45;&#45;mdt</tt>" is inconsistent. Fix those options to be consistently available across commands.</p> LU-11891
