[LU-12147] statone utility doesn't form correct string with gcc8 https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-12147 Lustre the following code:         strncpy(parent, base, t - base);         offset = t - base - 1; leaves parent with no terminating null with gcc8 and this breaks tests like recovery-small LU-12147
