parallel-scale-nfsv4 test_racer_on_nfs hangs for RHEL 8.0 clients.

Looking at a recent b2_12 hang at https://testing.whamcloud.com/test_sets/088a338c-b5bc-11e9-b88c-52540065bddc
, we see the following on the console log for client 1 (vm5)
