[LU-12778] sanity-sec test 12 fails with 'nodemap_add failed with 1'

sanity-sec test_12 fails with 'nodemap_add failed with 1' and then test_13, test_14 and test_15 all fail because a nodemap with the same name as the one they are creating exists. Many of these failures were previously attributed to ~~LU-12428~~, but the patches for that ticket have landed. Thus, I’m opening a new ticket for these failures.
