test_405 failed with the following error:

One layout swap locked test failed

Issue happened during subtest 57:

swap_lock_test: cannot get group lock: Input/output error (5)
swap_lock_test: swap_lock_test.c:1237: test57: assertion 'rc == 0' failed: cannot lock 'foo1': Input/output error
 sanity test_405: @@@@@@ FAIL: One layout swap locked test failed

In the client logs, it appears that it was evicted by several OSTs, and we see multiple occurrences of this message:
