So this task is to make ALWAYS_EXCEPT test consistent across test code.</p> <p>Temporary disabled tests should follow code formatting conventions. With luck of details about LU- bug and improper formatting it is difficult to find reasons  why test was skipped, task number, patch and when it was skipped.</p> <p> </p> LU-13718
