sanity_99: cvs init failed

I searched back to 2020-07-03 and didn't see any other failures, excluding a bunch of failures related to <a href="https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-13802" title="New i/o path: Buffered i/o as DIO" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="LU-13802">LU-13802</a>, which are caused by that patch.
