This is a follow on to LU-12682 and its major patch (https://review.whamcloud.com/35856) that has already landed, but where in its review comments, Andreas has requested that the foreign symlink upcall mechanism should be available to all foreign types and the undeletable property behaviour should be to any Lustre file/dir.

Will push 2 new patches soon in order to implement both improvements.
