[LU-14944] MGS - MDT failed to start

Hello,

Our HPC is running Lustre ver. 1.10.3 and IML ver. 4.0.3, with One MDT, two MDSs (fail-over) , six OSSs, and 36 OSTs. After rebooting, the MDT and MGS failed to start. From the IML GUI, each time to start the MDT / MGS, the process get cancelled right away.

The 36 OSTs were offline. But i was able to manually start them up using the command:

> crm_resource -r OSTxxxxxx -p target-role -m -v Started

My question is if i can not start the MGS - MDT from IML GUI, how can i start the MDT from the command line? Sorry for a newbie question as a new to Lustre. Thank you.
