test_418 failed with the following error:

df and lfs df inodes output mismatch:  df -i: 10.2.8.122@tcp:/lustre 3355456 19453 3336003 1% /mnt/lustre,  lfs df -i: filesystem_summary: 3355456 19254 3336202 1% /mnt/lustre

This is separate from the LU-13997 blocks mismatch, but is instead an inodes mismatch and very likely has a different root cause. The sanity test_418 fails with an inode mismatch about 1/10 as often as the block mismatch, so was incorrectly diagnosed as LU-13997.
