This enable to conditionally skip an entire llog plain file (64k records) (see <a href="https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-14688" title="Changelog cancel improvement" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="LU-14688"><del>LU-14688</del></a>).</p> LU-15481
