Allow the copytool to be replaced by using the <tt>RSYNC</tt> and <tt>RSYNC_OPTS</tt> environment variables to be specified, and add a short "<tt>&#45;&#45;cp</tt>" option to complement the "<tt>&#45;&#45;rsync</tt>" option with suitable options.</p> LU-15613
