This issue relates to the following test suite run:

test_211 failed with the following error:

$'Expect 0 NIDs found: peer NI recovery:n    nid-0: 10.240.44.204@tcp'

Have seen this very intermittently, only 4 times in the past 9 months. Probably due to a slowdown in VMs during testing.

Likely improved by sleeping more than 7s in the test, preferably with wait_update() so that it only waits the minimum amount of time needed. wait_update() can also be used in other parts of the test instead of sleeping a fixed amount of time.
