[LU-16367] update default ldiskfs features https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-16367 Lustre <p>Update the default ldiskfs features used by <tt>mkfs.lustre</tt>:</p> <ul class="alternate" type="square"> <li>enable <tt>large_dir</tt> on OSTs as well as MDTs</li> <li>clean up handling of other ext4 features that have become a bit messy over time</li> <li>remove obsolete handling of "ext3" filesystems</li> </ul> LU-16367
