test_278 failed with the following error:

trevis-77vm4: mount.lustre: mount /dev/mapper/mds1_flakey at /mnt/lustre-mds1 failed: File exists
test_278 failed with 1

It looks like this test failed, but caused by a previous test issue or similar. I don't think it has anything to do with e2fsprogs, but the test is always skipped except in the e2fsprogs-reviews test config.
