This will allow for more debug message types per subsystem. To take advantage of the expanded mask, each subsystem needs to define its own interpretation of the expanded mask bits and manage it via corresponding lctl option.</p> <p>The default behaviour should remain unchanged, i.e. use of the expanded mask is optional.</p> LU-16495
