[LU-16751] cleanup various outdated/uneeded files https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-16751 Lustre <p>There are some small left over files which don't appear to serve any purpose that can be remove.</p> <p> </p> <p>A number of in-tree READMEs and similar files are very outdated.</p> <p> </p> <p>This ticket will track a couple cleanup patches.</p> LU-16751
