[LU-16883] Update SUSE 15 sp4/sp5 and RHEL 9.0 for LU-15404 fix https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-16883 Lustre <p>Update SUSE 15 sp4/sp5 for <a href="https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-15404" title="kernel panic and filesystem corruption in setxattr due to journal transaction restart" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="LU-15404"><del>LU-15404</del></a> fix</p> <p>Similar to RHEL9.1+ there is a trivial conflict when applying ext4-delayed-iput.patch. </p> <p>Unfortunately the surrounding context also differs from RHEL9.1+ so SUSE needs it's own variation.</p> LU-16883
