[LU-17363] make install fails with "ln: failed to create symbolic link 'ko2iblnd.ko': File exists"

I am reporting this as I see this. I will look into this in deep later.

Machine type:

Single node VM clinet/server running 4.18.0-425.3.1.el8_lustre.x86_64

/* Master head is on */

$ git log --format=oneline | head -1

Reproduce:

$ sh autogen.sh
$ ./configure
$ make
$ make install

Possible reason/solution?

Under : lnet/klnds/in-kernel-o2iblnd/autoMakefile.am
Should this be check and then link?
