[LU-2566] test: sanity-gss: need to execute test-framework.sh before invoke error() at line 21

                <project id="10000" key="LU">Lustre</project>

I am testing sanity-gss.sh on sles11sp2. It failed correctly and tried to print an error message at line 21:
error "unsupported kernel (gss only works with 2.6.x)" ;;

The problem is that error() is defined in test-framework.sh, which has not been executed yet. So, instead of proper error message I got:
error: Command not found

Just need to move the kernel version test down a few lines in the test script to after all the simple init takes place. Then the error() function will be defined and available before it's used.

Will work up a simple patch to do this.
</comment>
