[LU-3034] do not define HAVE_SERVER_SUPPORT when compiling liblustre

                <project id="10000" key="LU">Lustre</project>

From the discussion on http://review.whamcloud.com/2675.

Andreas Dilger has posted comments on this change.

Change subject: <del>LU-1330</del> fld: prepare FLD module for client server split
......................................................................

Patch Set 12: Looks good to me, approved

Unrelated to this path directly, but is like to get a fix to the configure code so that HAVE_SERVER_SUPPORT is not defined for liblustre. That avoids the need to check both. _KERNEL_ and HAVE_SERVER_SUPPORT for the conditional code.
