This doesn't seem 3.9 specific. While I agree the fix is needed I don't see what makes it more important for 3.9 than for earlier kernels.</p> <p>This list is more what is needed to have proper behavior on 3.9 kernels. True the fixes for <a href="https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-3486" title="LBUG when exporting Lustre 2.4 via NFS on SLES11SP2: ll_dops_init: ASSERTION( de-&gt;d_op == &amp;ll_d_ops ) failed" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="LU-3486"><del>LU-3486</del></a> and <a href="https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-3581" title="Recurrence of LU-3020: Lustre returns EINTR during writes when SA_RESTART is set " class="issue-link" data-issue-key="LU-3581"><del>LU-3581</del></a> are needed in a more broad scope. In that case we really only have two patches left, both for this ticket.</p> <p>All patches have been landed.
