[LU-322] Fix for ost pool test in test suite https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-322 Lustre <p>We need to use the hexidecimal numbers for the pool args since the OSTs UUID are named with hex numbers. Curently the test do pass but errors can be seen in the logs when more than 9 OSTs exist.</p> Lustre 2.X and 1.8.X LU-322
