(only if not possible to develop the fix in that other ticket for some reason)</p> <p>the problems are as follows,<br/> 1, rundbench is a bash script, and "/bin/sh" is not identical to "/bin/bash" on all distros.<br/> 2, if "MPI_USER" isn't set, don't use "su $MPI_USER" in function "mpi_run" in functions.sh<br/> 3, in some kinds of Linux(say, Ubuntu), truncate is a system command, then the directory containing our truncate tools (the test directory)<br/> should be appended to use our truncate explicitly<br/> 4, in obdfilter-survey, drops sh as the interpreter of OBDSURVEY, for the same
